Detailed Itinerary
1ST DAY - BELO HORIZONTE / RIO DE JANEIRO
22h30 - Presentation for boarding at the JK Tourist Terminal - shop 07 - Royalty Viagens.
11pm - Journey to Rio de Janeiro in a semi-sleeper bus with on-board service and accredited tour guide. Pillows and blankets will not be provided.
00:30 - Boarding in Congonhas at the bus station.
01h00 - Boarding in Conselheiro Lafaiete at the bus station.
02h00 - Pick up in Barbacena at Cabana da Mantiqueira.
Night journey lasting approximately 8 hours with one stop.
2ND DAY - RIO DE JANEIRO
Arrival in the morning. EXTRA BREAKFAST. Accommodation according to hotel availability, as the daily rate starts at 2pm. After breakfast, a city tour of Rio de Janeiro, known internationally as one of the most beautiful cities in the world. We'll start along the waterfront in the south zone, passing Copacabana, the little princess of the sea; Ipanema, the birthplace of Bossa Nova; Leblon, the setting for countless Rede Globo soap operas; and São Conrado, the artists' neighbourhood, where we'll make a brief stop for photos and coconut water. We'll continue our tour past the Rocinha Community, Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, the Sambódromo, the stage for the parades of Rio's main samba schools, and the Maracanã. We'll continue on a panoramic tour to the city centre with all its important historical and cultural heritage. Photo stop at the Olympic Boulevard with its famous Museum of Tomorrow and the new AquaRio. as it takes a long time to visit these museums, we suggest you come back another day or return to the hotel on your own with your guide. We'll end our tour by passing Marina da Glória, Aterro do Flamengo and Botafogo. Return to the hotel. The rest of the day is free. Rio de Janeiro is full of cultural options: music, theatre, shows - a lively and unforgettable nightlife. Our guide will show you various nightlife options.
dAY 3 - RIO DE JANEIRO
BREAKFAST and then an optional tour of Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain. We'll start our visit in the Cosme Velho neighbourhood, climbing Corcovado Hill, passing through the Tijuca National Park to Christ the Redeemer. After the descent, we'll continue our tour to Praia Vermelha. The visit to Sugar Loaf Mountain is made in two stages by a cable car suspended from steel cables. The first stage connects Praia Vermelha to Morro da Urca, located at an altitude of 215 metres and from where you have a beautiful view of Guanabara Bay and its islands, Flamengo Landfill, Corcovado Hill and the Rio - Niterói bridge. From Morro da Urca, the second stage of the journey begins towards Morro do Pão de Açúcar, at 395 metres, from where you can see Copacabana beach, the Santa Cruz Fortress and some of Niterói's beaches from a unique angle. Return to the hotel. In the evening, we suggest a walk in the Lapa neighbourhood, a traditional carioca nightlife with a visit to one of the nightclubs with lots of music and dancing.
4TH DAY - RIO DE JANEIRO
BREAKFAST and day entirely free for the beach or independent excursions. In the late afternoon, visit (optional) the traditional Feira de São Cristóvão (São Cristóvão Fair), a great option in Rio for shopping, eating and having fun, as it offers handicrafts, food, drink, folklore and lots of music. The Fair synthesises the Northeast and offers visitors everything the region has to offer, displaying its traditional richness in its almost seven hundred stalls and also providing the characteristic entertainment of the region: Som do Nordeste, forró, xote, baião, xaxado, repente, embolada, martelo, arrasta-pé, maracatu and other very genuine sounds. Return to the hotel.
dAY 5 - RIO DE JANEIRO / BELO HORIZONTE
BREAKFAST and free time for the beach. At 1pm, return journey to Belo Horizonte via the beautiful Serra dos Órgãos and Petrópolis. Arrival and disembarkation scheduled for the evening at the JK Tourist Terminal. Thank you and we hope to see you soon on another of our tours.

AIR ROUTE
The airline tickets included in the package follow the specific rules of the contracted airlines. Name changes or changes of ownership will not be permitted once tickets have been issued.
The baggage allowance will be informed in accordance with the airline's rules in force at the time of purchase.
In the event of delays, cancellations or changes to flights by the airline, the airline will be exclusively responsible for relocation, in accordance with the regulations of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).
Airport taxes and boarding fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the passenger, unless specified in the package.
WITHDRAWAL, TRANSFER AND CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
The refund will be calculated on the amount actually received by the CONTRACTED PARTY, excluding:
Retained commissions (to be dealt with directly with the travel agent);
Administrative fees and amounts already paid to suppliers.
CANCELLATION FEES
30 days or more in advance: 15% of the total amount.
Between 29 and 21 days in advance: 20% of the total amount.
Between 20 and 07 days in advance: 25% of the total amount.
Less than 7 days before the start of the trip, an administrative fee of will be applied,30% of the total amount.
In addition to these fees, amounts paid to suppliers to guarantee bookings (carriers, receptives and hotels) will be deducted .
Transferring dates or refunding unused sections is not permitted.
No refunds will be given if the trip is abandoned.
SEAT BOOKINGS
We do not guarantee that the seat chosen at the time of purchase will be kept, as in the case of a joint operation with another company, it may be necessary toreallocate the seatsin order to better organise the trip.
Children under the age of 5 may not be transported in the panoramic seats.In the event of a booking, the seats may bereallocatedwithout prior notice.
It isexpressly forbiddento carrylap childrenin the panoramic seats. Failure to comply may result in thereallocation of seats.
Seats 51 and 52are intended forpeople with reduced mobility.If it is necessary to accommodate a passenger who fits this profile, we will contact you toreassign the current occupants if they do not meet this criterion.
BOARDING
By road: Passengers must present themselves at the indicated location at the indicated time, carrying original identification in good condition. Delays are the passenger's responsibility.
Air: It is the passenger's responsibility to check the check-in time in advance and present themselves at the airport with the necessary documents, respecting the rules of the contracted airline.
DOCUMENTATION
National travel requires original identification in good condition (ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, Professional Card or Work Permit).
Illegible or erased documents will prevent boarding.
Birth certificates are not accepted for children over 12.
In the event of theft/loss, a police report issued less than 60 days previously is valid.
BOARDING MINORS
Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles or a guardian who can prove that they are related.
If they are travelling with a third party, written authorisation with a notarised signature is required.
If they are travelling unaccompanied, they will need judicial authorisation.
ACCOMMODATION FOR MINORS
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or present written, notarised authorisation.
