Detailed Itinerary
DAY 1 – BELO HORIZONTE / PORTO ALEGRE / CAXIAS DO SUL
Presentation at the airport at the agreed time. Meeting with the guide at the airline counter indicated on the voucher. Boarding procedures for the flight to Porto Alegre. Arrival at Porto Alegre International Airport, reception, and transfer to Caxias do Sul. Check-in, accommodation, and distribution of rooms. The rest of the day is free for rest or independent activities, taking the opportunity to explore the city at your own pace.
DAY 2 – CAXIAS DO SUL / CARLOS BARBOSA / BENTO GONÇALVES / CAXIAS DO SUL
BREAKFAST at the hotel. Departure for a train ride on the traditional Maria Fumaça, departing from Carlos Barbosa to Bento Gonçalves. During the journey, typical presentations, music, and local culture. Visit to the Italian Epic, an attraction that depicts the history and customs of Italian immigrants in the region. Return to Caxias do Sul in the late afternoon.
DAY 3 – CAXIAS DO SUL
BREAKFAST at the hotel. Tour of the Church of São Pelegrino and winery Vinciola Zanrosso, with wine tasting and explanation about regional production. In the evening, visit to the Grape Festival, with a parade on Rua Sinimbu. Return to the hotel.
DAY 4 – CAXIAS DO SUL
BREAKFAST at the hotel. Departure for the Caminho das Pedras, a tourist route that showcases historic mansions, old buildings, craft shops, and typical cuisine from Italian and German immigration. Time for shopping, photos, and optional lunch at a local restaurant. In the evening, visit to the Grape Festival pavilion. Return to the hotel at the end of the day.
DAY 5 – CAXIAS DO SUL / NOVA PETRÓPOLIS / GRAMADO
BREAKFAST at the hotel and check-out. Departure from Caxias do Sul to Nova Petrópolis, with a stop for shopping at knitwear, crafts, and typical products from the region, as well as a visit to the Green Labyrinth, a famous and fun attraction for all ages. Continuation of the trip to Gramado, enjoying the mountain scenery along the way. Arrival at the hotel in Gramado, check-in, and accommodation. The rest of the day is free. Optional tour suggestion: Fondue.
DAY 6 – GRAMADO / CANELA / GRAMADO
BREAKFAST at the hotel. Departure for a tour to Canela, visiting tourist spots such as the Stone Cathedral and the Caracol Park. Continuation of the tour through Gramado, including Avenida Borges de Medeiros, Praça Major Nicoletti, and artisanal chocolate factories. In the evening, optional suggestion: Typical gaucho show – Garfo e Bombacha.
DAY 7 – GRAMADO
BREAKFAST at the hotel. Entirely free day to explore Gramado and Canela at your own pace. Suggestions: visit to Mini Mundo, pedal boat ride on the Black Lake, shopping for knitwear and chocolates, or simply enjoying the charm of the city. In the evening, optional suggestion: Colonial Coffee.
DAY 8 – GRAMADO / IGREJINHA / PORTO ALEGRE / BELO HORIZONTE
BREAKFAST at the hotel. At the scheduled time, departure from Gramado to Igrejinha, stop for shopping at knitwear, crafts, and typical products from the region. After free time for shopping, continuation of the transfer to the Porto Alegre International Airport for boarding to the city of origin.

SYSTEM ERROR
When setting up a flat for two or more adults with two children - one lap child (up to 3 years old) and one up to 12 years old - the system is resetting the price for both. However, only one child should be free. If this adjustment is necessary, please contact our team to correct the value.
ROAD ROUTE
The day-by-day sequence of the itinerary can be altered to make the most of the programme.
All tours will be strictly adhered to.
The number of days indicates only the dates of departure and arrival; the number of days at the destination prevails.
Minimum of 25 paying passengers to operate the trip.

AIR ROUTE
The airline tickets included in the package follow the specific rules of the contracted airlines. Name changes or changes of ownership will not be permitted once tickets have been issued.
The baggage allowance will be informed in accordance with the airline's rules in force at the time of purchase.
In the event of delays, cancellations or changes to flights by the airline, the airline will be exclusively responsible for relocation, in accordance with the regulations of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).
Airport taxes and boarding fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the passenger, unless specified in the package.
WITHDRAWAL, TRANSFER AND CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
The refund will be calculated on the amount actually received by the CONTRACTED PARTY, excluding:
Retained commissions (to be dealt with directly with the travel agent);
Administrative fees and amounts already paid to suppliers.
CANCELLATION FEES
30 days or more in advance: 15% of the total amount.
Between 29 and 21 days in advance: 20% of the total amount.
Between 20 and 07 days in advance: 25% of the total amount.
Less than 7 days before the start of the trip, an administrative fee of will be applied,30% of the total amount.
In addition to these fees, amounts paid to suppliers to guarantee bookings (carriers, receptives and hotels) will be deducted .
Transferring dates or refunding unused sections is not permitted.
No refunds will be given if the trip is abandoned.
SEAT BOOKINGS
We do not guarantee that the seat chosen at the time of purchase will be kept, as in the case of a joint operation with another company, it may be necessary toreallocate the seatsin order to better organise the trip.
Children under the age of 5 may not be transported in the panoramic seats.In the event of a booking, the seats may bereallocatedwithout prior notice.

Seats 51 and 52are intended forpeople with reduced mobility.If it is necessary to accommodate a passenger who fits this profile, we will contact you toreassign the current occupants if they do not meet this criterion.
BOARDING
By road: Passengers must present themselves at the indicated location at the indicated time, carrying original identification in good condition. Delays are the passenger's responsibility.
Air: It is the passenger's responsibility to check the check-in time in advance and present themselves at the airport with the necessary documents, respecting the rules of the contracted airline.
DOCUMENTATION
National travel requires original identification in good condition (ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, Professional Card or Work Permit).
Illegible or erased documents will prevent boarding.
Birth certificates are not accepted for children over 12.
In the event of theft/loss, a police report issued less than 60 days previously is valid.
BOARDING MINORS
Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles or a guardian who can prove that they are related.
If they are travelling with a third party, written authorisation with a notarised signature is required.
If they are travelling unaccompanied, they will need judicial authorisation.
ACCOMMODATION FOR MINORS
