DAY 1 – BELO HORIZONTE / CALDAS NOVAS (SATURDAY)
Time to be confirmed – Presentation for boarding at JK Tourist Terminal – Store 07 – Royalty Viagens.
Time to be confirmed – Departure to Caldas Novas on a semi-reclining double-decker bus, with onboard service and an accredited tour guide.
Important: Pillows and blankets will not be provided.
Time to be confirmed – Boarding in Contagem at Só Marcas Auto Shopping, Av. Babita Camargos, 1295 – Cidade Industrial.
Time to be confirmed – Boarding in Betim at Posto e Churrascaria Pampas, BR 381, Rod. Fernão Dias, km 493 (Disembark at Shopping Partage).
Night trip with an approximate duration of 12 hours, including two stops.
DAY 2 – CALDAS NOVAS (SUNDAY)
Arrival in the morning at Caldas Novas.
Breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It is necessary for arrival to occur by 10am, the deadline for breakfast.
Check-in subject to hotel availability (daily rate starts from 2pm).
Tip: Bring swimwear and a towel in your hand luggage to enjoy the hotel pools before the apartments are released.
Lunch included at the hotel restaurant, with dessert and drinks (soda, juice, and water).
Free evening: We suggest a visit to the Feira do Luar, located in the city center.
DAY 3 – CALDAS NOVAS (MONDAY)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Suggested tour:
Water Park or Clube Privé (access to one park per day included for WAM guests).
diRoma Acqua Park (2 daily accesses included for diRoma guests).
Lunch at the hotel restaurant.
Afternoon: We suggest an optional train ride through the main tourist spots of the city.
Free evening: We suggest programming at diRoma Acqua Park, which offers live music and bingo starting at 8pm every night.
DAY 4 – CALDAS NOVAS (TUESDAY)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Suggestions for tours:
Náutico Praia Clube or Kawana Park, located on the shores of Lake Corumbá (entrance and transport included for WAM guests). Transfer offered by the hotel: departure at 10am | return at 5pm.
Hot Park (entrance and transport paid separately), located in the Rio Quente Resorts Complex, offering over 10,000 m² of water attractions.
Note: On this day, lunch will automatically be replaced by dinner.
Free evening: We suggest a visit to the 7Setland Theme Park, which features futuristic, medieval, and glacial themed scenarios.
DAY 5 – CALDAS NOVAS / BELO HORIZONTE (WEDNESDAY)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Lunch and Dinner at the hotel restaurant.
8:00 PM: Preparations for the return to Minas Gerais. Luggage will be placed on the bus.
Shortly after, the night trip back to Belo Horizonte begins.
DAY 6 – BELO HORIZONTE (THURSDAY)
Expected arrival in the early morning, with disembarkation at the same boarding locations.

🚨 SYSTEM ERROR
Attention: Each flat can accommodate up to 4 guests, including children.
In some cases, the system can release reservations for 5 or more guests, including children, but you must adjust the reservation in one of the following ways:
- Dividing into two flats;
- Or asking an attendant for the availability of the Family Apartment, which has an extra R$300.00 per adult.
In addition, we have identified another fault: when configuring a flat for 2 adults + 2 children (one up to 3 years old and one up to 12 years old), the system is resetting the value of the two children. The correct thing to do is to only give one child up to 3 years free of charge and charge for the second child's seat. If this adjustment is necessary, please contact our team to correct the value.

INFORMATION ON THE COMMON USE FEE AT DIROMA HOTELS (EXCEPT THERMAS DIROMA)
A charge of R$10.00 per person, per booking (regardless of period), payable at check-in.
Payment methods: cash, Pix, credit and debit card.
The fee must be paid exclusively by the guest at check-in, with no possibility of anticipation or postponement.
ITINERARY
The day-by-day sequence of the itinerary can be altered to make the most of the programme.
All tours will be strictly adhered to.
The number of days indicates only the dates of departure and arrival; the number of days at the destination prevails.
Minimum of 30 paying passengers to operate the trip.
Possibility of partnering with other operators, with the possibility of changes to seats and boarding locations, informed the day before the trip via a newsletter.

Prices for children are only valid if accompanied by paying adults in the same flat.
Entrance fees to museums, monuments and parks are the responsibility of the passenger.

WITHDRAWAL, TRANSFER AND CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
The refund will be calculated on the amount actually received by the CONTRACTED PARTY, excluding:
Commissions withheld (to be dealt with directly by the travel agent);
Administrative fees and amounts already paid to suppliers.
CANCELLATION FEES
30 days or more in advance: 15% of the total amount.
Between 29 and 21 days in advance: 20% of the total amount.
Between 20 and 07 days in advance: 25% of the total amount.
Less than 7 days before the start of the trip, an administrative fee of will be applied,30% of the total amount.
In addition to these fees, amounts paid to suppliers to guarantee bookings (carriers, receptives and hotels) will be deducted .
Transferring dates or refunding unused sections is not permitted.
No refunds will be given if the trip is abandoned.
SEAT BOOKINGS
We do not guarantee that the seat chosen at the time of purchase will be kept, as in the case of a joint operation with another company, it may be necessary toreallocate the seatsin order to better organise the trip.
Children under the age of 5 may not be transported in the panoramic seats.In the event of a booking, the seats may bereallocatedwithout prior notice.
It isexpressly forbiddento carrylap childrenin the panoramic seats. Failure to comply may result in thereallocation of seats.
Seats 51 and 52are intended forpeople with reduced mobility.If it is necessary to accommodate a passenger who fits this profile, we will contact you toreassign the current occupants if they do not meet this criterion.
DEPARTURE
Passengers must comply with the timetable and carry original photo IDs.
When boarding, identify yourself to the Royalty Travel representative.
DOCUMENTATION
National trips require original identification in good condition (ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, Professional Card or Work Permit).
Illegible or erased documents will prevent boarding.
Birth certificates are not accepted for children over 12.
In the event of theft/loss, a police report issued less than 60 days previously is valid.
BOARDING MINORS
Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles or a guardian who can prove that they are related.
If they are travelling with a third party, written authorisation with a notarised signature is required.
If they are travelling unaccompanied, they will need judicial authorisation.
ACCOMMODATION FOR MINORS
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or present written, notarised authorisation.
